VAT and shipping are not included in the prices listed with the product. The goods are sent with DHL and delivered to the company address.
If you buy small items and want delivery to a Postnord agent (Mypack), let us know and we will solve it.
Shipping costs:
We deliver with DHL to your business address. Shipping cost will be added to the invoice.
Price example is about SEK 195 plus fuel surcharge and insurance for a package with volume calculated weight 30 kg.
Minimum quantity per product: You see the minimum quantity for each product.
Minimum order total: SEK 3500 ex VAT.
Delivery time: It is possible to order products that are not in stock, we will then order these home to you and send as soon as they arrive.
- Info about products that are not in stock is shown at each product in the checkout.
- Products that are out of stock at the supplier and are not delivered to us are deleted from your order.
Backorders: We do not ship backorders free of charge, we will contact you to let you decide if you want to wait for everything to be shipped at the same time or if you want us to split your order.
Product images: You can save product images from the product page and use in your store.
Payment options: (We decide which payment method you get when we create your login)
Invoice (14 days) is sent to the specified email address in connection with delivery.
Advance invoice - We email an advance invoice after placing an order - goods are shipped after it is paid.
