Normally we deliver the goods within 1-3 working days. (Goods in stock, Sweden orders.)
We usually send our deliveries with "Postnord".

ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS OF DELIVERY

If you want to send a gift directly to someone else, you can choose another delivery address at checkout.
If you choose to buy a giftwrap on the product we don´t put in a pickinglist in the box.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After ordering, an order confirmation will be sent automatically, if you have not received any order confirmation from us then email us and ask if the order has gone through. The confirmation may have occurred in your spam or there may have been a technical error on the automatic mailbox just when you ordered. So before posting a new order, ask us first, we can not be responsible for duplicate orders or that we have sent an order you did not think have gone through.

MONEY AND OPEN BUY IN 14 DAYS

If you wish to cancel / change a order, this should be done as soon as possible to our mail: support@nellispresenter.se When you mail us, you should provide your order number. If your order has already been packed, you can return the package to us instead.

We apply the rules of Distance Contracts, which means you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. The item must be returned in unused condition and original packaging. Contact us at our customer service for more detailed instructions. The purchase price will be refunded in full within 30 days after we have regained the goods. Any shipping and invoice cost is non-refundable. You, the customer pay for the return postage. Returns can not be made as cash on delivery. If goods are damaged or lost when you return it, you are responsible for payment.  

COMPLAINT

If an item is faulty, defective or delievered, please contact our customer service for more detailed instructions.
Faulty or damaged goods must be made within 14 days.
When returning them to a product we stand for the shipping and possible replacement. The goods must be returned well packed and in original packaging. If goods are damaged or lost when you return it, you are responsible for payment.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

In cases where the package is not picked up we charge the customer 250 SEK per package. (This applies to Sweden) For orders outside of Sweden, the actual shipping charge is reversed + 250 SEK.

This fee also applies to non-delivered packages due to the fact that the customer has entered the wrong address, so make sure it is the correct zip code, etc. We have this to cover our expenses incurred and work done.

FORCE MAJEURE

We take no responsibility for any indirect damage that may result from the product.

We accept no responsibility for delays / errors due to circumstances outside the Company's ruling (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from the supplier.

Furthermore, no liability is assumed for any changes to products / product properties that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
